Workflow: “Create project specifications”
Purpose:
Create project specifications and export these to be used in the tender. Use account (company) templates and edit these uniquely to fit the project.
When to use?
From the begining of the project.
How to:
1. Create a general specification
2. Create a contract and relate it to the general specification
3. Create a work specification and relate it to the contract
4. Create a building part specification and relate it to the work specification
How to edit relations between documents
5. Finish and approve documents to complete the project specifications
How to approve sections in a document
6. Export documents to PDF, Word or Molio (moliospec)
