Get an overview of all templates on the account and add new templates. It is also possible to delete and edit existing templates.

 

How to add a template for a general specification

1.     Click Add template (plus)

2.    Click Add template on the flyout button

3.    In the field for ‘Template type’, click general specification in the dropdown list

4.    In the field for ‘Template’, choose a template in the dropdown list (optional)

5.    In the field for ‘Template name’, enter a name

6.    Click Save and open or save.

 

 

How to add template for work specification

1.     Click Add template (plus)

2.    Click Add template on the flyout button

3.    In the field for ‘Template type’, click Work specification in the dropdown list

4.    In the field for ‘Template’, choose a template in the dropdown list (optional)

5.    In the field for ‘Template name’, enter a name

6.    Click Save and open or save.

 

 

How to add template for building part specification

1.     Click Add template (plus)

2.    Click Add template on the flyout button

3.    In the field for ‘Template type’, click Building part specification in the dropdown list

4.    In the field for ‘Template’, choose a template in the dropdown list (optional)

5.    In the field for ‘Template name’, enter a name

6.    In the field for ‘Relate to’, choose a work specification to relate the new building part specification to. ‘Without relation’ will be selected as default

7.     Click Save.

 

 

How to upload an XML file to create template for general specification or work specification

1.     Click Add template (plus)

2.    Click Upload template on the flyout button

3.    Browse to the XML file

4.    Click Open.

 

Please note that it is possible to upload multiple XML files at the same time.

 

 

How to upload a moliospec file to create a template based on the Molio S001 format

1.     Click Add template (plus)

2.    Click Upload template

3.    Browse and select Molio S001 document template



How to delete a template

1.     Find the document in the list

2.    Click the checkbox for the document

3.    Click Delete template (trashcan)

4.    A warning dialog will appear. Click Yes to delete the template.

 

Please note that it is possible to delete multiple specifications at the same time.

 

 

How to copy a template

1.     Find the document in the list

2.    Right-click the document to open the context menu

3.    Click Copy

4.    A warning dialog may appear

5.    The document has been copied and will be added “ – Copy” as a surffix

 

 

How to edit details for general specification, work specification or building part specification

1.     Find the document in the list

2.    Click the name to open the document

3.    Begin editing (pencil)

4.    Make changes

 

 

How to edit template for building part specification

1.     Find the document in the list

2.    Click the name of the building part specification

3.    A dialog to edit the template opens

4.    Makes the changes in the given fields for ‘Template name’ and/or ‘Relate to’

5.    Click Save.

 

 

How to edit relation for a building part specification template

1.     Find the document in the list

2.    Click the name of the building part specification

3.    A dialog to edit the template opens

4.    In the field for ‘Relate to’, choose a work specification or ‘Without relation’ in the dropdown list

5.    Click Save.

 

 

How to add a section

1.     Find the document in the list

2.    Click the name to open the document

3.    Begin editing (pencil)

4.    Click a section name for the new section to be created under

5.    Click Add child section to selected section (text with plus)

6.    In the field for ‘Name’, enter a name for the section

 

 

How to rename a section

1.     Find the document in the list

2.    Click the name to open the document

3.    Begin editing (pencil)

4.    Click the section name to be renamed

5.    Click Edit selected section name (text with pencil)

6.    A dialog to edit the section name opens

7.     In the field for ‘Name’, enter the new name for the section

 

How to delete a section

1.     Find the document in the list

2.    Click the name to open the document

3.    Begin editing (pencil)

4.    Click the name of the section to be deleted

5.    Click Delete selected section (text with trashcan)

6.    A warning dialog will appear. Click Yes to delete the section

 

 

How to reorder a section

1.     Find the document in the list

2.    Click the name to open the document

3.    Begin editing (pencil)

4.    Click the section, drag it to a new place and drop it to reorder

 

 

How to renumber a section

1.     Find the document in the list

2.    Click the name to open the document

3.    Begin editing (pencil)

4.    Click the name of the section to be renumbered

5.    Click Edit selected section name (text with pencil)

6.    A dialog to edit the section name opens

7.     In the field for ‘Number’, enter the new number for the section

 

 

How to insert a list of building parts in the section

1.     Find the work specification in the list

2.    Click the name to open the document

3.    Begin editing (pencil)

4.    Find the specification for the given building part

5.    Click the name of the section which the list should be added in

6.    On the text editor bar, click Insert a tag that generates a list if related building parts on export (building part) and/or click Insert a tag that generates a list if related building parts with ids on export (building part)

 

Please note that the work specification must be related to one or more building part specification prior to use of this function.
