Get an overview of all users on the account and add new users. It is also possible to see user roles on modules and account, and to edit them for each user. Users can be assigned or unassigned a seat on a module and thereby be given access permission or have it removed (Contributer or Administrator). The Viewer access permission doesn’t require a seat.
1. Click Add user to account (plus)
2. Enter email for the new user in the field ‘User name/email’
3. Click Next
4. Enter first name and last name for the new user in the fields for ‘First name’ and ‘Last name’. If the user is already known in the system these fields will be filled out automatically.
5. Click Next
6. Choose to give the user an account administrator role by clicking the checkbox. If the box is not checked, the user will not have account administrator rights
7. Choose which role the user should have for each active module, by choosing from the various dropdown menus and select whether to assign seats or not. If no changes are made, the user will by default get a role as viewer on the active modules and not obtain a seat.
8. Click Next
9. Click Add user
10. The user has been added and will now appear on the list of users.

2. Click ’Import users from xlsx file’
3. Download and fill the template according to the instructions or browse and select an already filled xlsx file
4. Click

2. Click on the user to open the details in docked panel to the right
3. Click Edit in the top bar
4. Click on the Module access tab
5. Click Assign seat or request more seats (in case there are no more available on the account)
6. Click
Save.

Please note that this
action will remove the seat assigned to the user. If the user is using this seat
on other accounts, then the module access on those accounts will be
affected.

2. Click Remove user from account (minus)
3. A warning dialog will appear. Click Yes to remove the user
4. The user has been removed from the account and will no longer appear in the list of users.
Please note that
the user will be unassigned all the seats assigned by the account. Read more

2. Click Resend invitation (letter)
3. A warning dialog will appear. Click Yes to resend invitation
4. The user receives a new invitation and has to active the account.
